Chef Vesh and his culinary team will arrive on scene with the cooking apparatus appropriate for whole roasting a suckling pig. Guests will be able to watch and interact with the team as they inject apple and mojo to enhance flavor 

The whole pig roast is an experience you and your guests will not forget

Preparation

Chef Vesh and his culinary team will set up their own live Paella station with propane wok. Guests will be able to watch as they add each ingredient and item into the dish and see it transform into a meal.
