Chef Vesh
Chef Vesh is spicing up the Austin culinary scene with his fresh take on food and flavors by introducing true fusion cooking as he blends Asian street foods of Malaysia and Thailand with European, Texas BBQ, and American classics. With more than thirteen years of experience from working in hotels restaurants, cruise ships, to an in-flight chef, His company theFUZE9, offers catering, personal chef services, and restaurant consulting.
Chef Vesh was born and raised in Malaysia, a country with diverse cultural influences and representations. He grew up in a melting pot that continues to influence him today.
As he continued to work and explore the world, he started honing in on his own unique style and flavors. Today he brings something completely different to the Austin food scene.

Chef Amber
Chef Amber is a self taught home chef who became known to the culinary world by competing on Season 1 of Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef on Fox.
Growing up in Texas within a family that made food the cornerstone of gatherings, and a culture of love - Chef Amber never worked professionally in a kitchen- but was absolutely raised in them.
Chef Amber would creatively cook for herself, friends, and family all while sharing it on social media outlets for no other reason than entertaining and inspiring others through her culinary creations. In 2021 this caught the attention of producers seeking untrained yet undeniable talent for a new cooking series. Chef Amber had become known for taking familiar southern classics like Fried Chicken and Waffles or Steak and Potatoes and remixing them to make them surprising and her own.
It was in 2022 that Chef Amber connected with Chef Vesh of FUZE, who approached food the same way she did but from the other side of the world. Both having a passion for taking approachable foods to extraordinary places - Amber and Vesh hit it off in the kitchen and on the plate. Food, Friends, and Fun are the ultimate Fusion for this dynamic duo who want nothing more than to bring those things to you through incredible culinary experiences.
